Who are the referrers in the network?
A curated network of specialist referrers, recruiters, operators, communities, and job boards — people putting forward candidates with real context.
How much does it cost to hire?
Hirechain charges a fixed percentage of the hired candidate's salary. If you do not make a hire, you do not pay a fee.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when the candidate starts. We also provide a sliding-scale rebate if the candidate leaves before 90 days.
What prevents the network from referring irrelevant candidates?
Your account manager screens every referral against your brief, and referrers stake their reputation on who they put forward — only candidates worth interviewing reach your team.
Do I need to display a salary on a job?
Yes. Salary transparency is core to Hirechain. You can publish a range or post multiple listings at different ranges, but each role must include compensation.
Can I hire without revealing my company?
Yes. Stealth mode lets you post roles without exposing your company name to the network. Referrers and candidates see the job details — title, compensation, requirements — but the company behind it stays hidden. Useful when you're replacing someone, entering a new market, or keeping hiring plans confidential. Your account manager can enable it on any role.
Can I hire contractors or temporary employees?
Yes. We support full-time, fixed-term, and temporary hiring.
